Regular First Class mail delivery from Europeto other countries can have sometimes take longer than expected as, for example, Customs reserves the right to stop parcels for examination. WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS CHARGES OR DELAYS.

International shipments via Registered Airmail cannot be full tracked online due to unreliability of tracking systems of postal services around the world. The tracking number we provide you is official registered in the GLOBAL INTERNATIONAL POST OFFICE system. When a package has passed customs clearance in your locale, your country carrier can post its tracking number in its online tracking system.

Returns:
In the event that a return is requested, all items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. All returns must include all original items unworn, or undamaged, in re-saleable condition. We will not accept returned items which smell of cigarette, purfumes etc. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred sending products back.
