1. How are you able to offer such amazing bargains for the latest
designer apparel?
We pass on our savings as we purchase our designer goods from
bankruptcy, end of season, moving and other clearance sales and from
factory employees who have been awarded clothing at deep discounts or
received them as bonuses. The vast majority of designer clothing is
not hand-stitched by well-paid French and Italian artisans with years
of training and experience. The truth is that most are made in
factories in Turkey and China which have been licensed to produce
them. We buy from the same factories.
2. Why don't I have the option to pay by credit card?
We accept credit card orders from the U.S., Canada, Australia and
most of Western Europe, with the exception of Ireland, the Netherlands
and Spain. We keep our margins and prices low and cannot afford the
frequent chargebacks which occur from the countries which have been
forced to exclude. However, anyone can pay with Western Union or wire
transfer.
3. Why was my credit card order declined or canceled
later?
Firstly, check the addresses you entered when you registered. In
order to combat fraud, we decline to ship when the billing and
shipping addresses are not identical. Please use Western Union or wire
transfer if you absolutely must have your purchase shipped elsewhere
than your billing address. We do make exceptions for existing
customers.
Our credit card processor doesn't permit transactions of more than
$2500 US. In any case, you should be contacting us and asking for
discounts if you wish to place very large orders.

4. What taxes do I have to pay?
If you are a Canadian, you must pay both GST and PST if located in
Quebec. Residents of the Atlantic Provinces must pay HST. For the rest
of Canada, only GST is levied.
We do not add any tax for residents of other countries. However, you
are responsible for any import duties, VAT etc. charged by your home
country.
5. Can I return an item?
Although we examine every item before shipping, if we miss a defect
or send the wrong item or size, we will offer you a full reimbursement
or replacement with no added costs. However, you must request a return
within 7 business days of receiving the item and the item must be
returned without being worn, damaged by you or exposed to tobacco

6. Do I have to use my credit card to buy clothes online?
We accept Visa and Mastercard from the U.S., Canada, Australia and
most of Western Europe, with the exception of Ireland, the Netherlands
and Spain. If none of these is possible for you and/or you wish to
ship to an address other than your billing address, you may employ
Western Union or wire transfer.
7. Is my personal information safe with you?
We keep the bare minimum of your personal information. We pass on
your credit card information to our payment processor using an
encrypted 128-bit connection and do not store this information on our
servers.
We never send e-mail to our clients unless we are responding to a query, confirming an order or unless they have explicitly requested to be notified of our new products and sales.
